Fixed-scope project
Best when requirements and acceptance criteria are reasonably clear. The proposal defines scope, milestones and handover.
Ongoing capacity
Reserved engineering time for a defined period. Capacity is agreed in advance so expectations stay realistic.
Specialist rescue
A focused intervention for an inherited codebase, performance issue, plugin, integration or difficult technical problem.
Capacity: I keep agency work intentionally limited alongside my other professional commitments. Availability is confirmed before any engagement; timezone is IST (Gurgaon, India) with agreed overlap for international teams.

Can you work completely white-label?
Yes. The engagement can remain behind your agency brand. You decide how and when MS Labs is presented to the client.
Will you contact or pitch my clients?
No. The agency owns the client relationship and I will not contact or pitch your clients independently.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. NDA and confidentiality arrangements can be agreed before work begins.
Who owns the code and IP?
The engagement agreement will define ownership and handover. For commissioned work, the intended delivery is code and agreed project IP handed over to the agency/client after payment and subject to the agreed terms.
What happens after delivery if there is a bug?
The proposal will specify a post-delivery bug-fix window. New scope or changes outside the agreed acceptance criteria are quoted separately.
What timezone are you in?
Gurgaon, India (IST, UTC+5:30). International projects use agreed working-hour overlap rather than promising continuous coverage.
Do you offer white-label WordPress care?
Yes. Ongoing WordPress care can be delivered behind the agency brand where the scope and access arrangements are agreed.
How do you quote?
I quote based on scope, complexity, delivery timing and required capacity. I do not publish a generic agency rate because projects vary significantly.
