Terms of Service
These general terms describe the basis on which MS Labs Studio provides professional web-development and WordPress services. A project proposal, statement of work or service agreement may add or replace terms for a specific engagement.
Services and scope
Services may include WordPress care, maintenance, audits, performance work, custom plugin development, React / Next.js development, integrations and agency delivery. Work outside the agreed scope requires approval before additional charges are incurred.
Quotes and payment
Prices shown on the website are starting points unless stated otherwise. Project quotes define scope, deliverables, timing and payment terms. Work may be paused if agreed payments are overdue.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely access, backups or credentials where required, approvals and any third-party licenses or subscriptions that you control.
Access and security
Where possible, access should be provided through named accounts with appropriate permissions and two-factor authentication. You should not send passwords through ordinary enquiry forms.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of commissioned code and project materials will be defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. Third-party software remains subject to its own license terms.
Post-delivery fixes
Project proposals may include a defined post-delivery bug-fix window. That window covers defects against the agreed scope; new requirements, third-party failures and changes to the environment may be treated as new work.
Availability
MS Labs Studio is a solo senior-engineer practice. Delivery dates and capacity are agreed per engagement. I do not promise 24/7 emergency support unless a separate written agreement expressly provides it.
Confidentiality and agency relationships
Confidentiality and NDA terms can be agreed for applicable engagements. For agency work, the agency remains responsible for its client relationship. I do not independently pitch agency clients.
Third-party services
Websites often depend on hosting providers, payment processors, plugins, APIs and other third-party services. I can help diagnose or configure these systems, but I cannot guarantee the availability or behavior of services controlled by third parties.
Limitation
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, MS Labs Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website downtime, third-party failures or changes outside the agreed scope.
